With his extensive experience in customer service and spare parts, Böckmann will ensure that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level. Effective immediately, he will be responsible for all of the company‘s aftermarket activities.
Böckmann has more than 20 years of professional experience in agricultural technology, especially in the areas of product development and service. Before joining crop.zone, he worked for renowned companies such as Maschinenfabrik Kemper GmbH &Co KG, a subsidiary of John Deere, and Maschio Deutschland GmbH, where he held various positions as the „voice of the international customer“.
