What speed can hybrid herbicide systems run at?

The working speed in the field generally determines the energy input per hectare. The faster you can drive, the lower the maximum energy input per hectare, but the higher the area output. Experience with potatoes has shown that very good results can be achieved at 6 km/h, and in some cases 8 km/h is also possible. With working widths of 9 and 12 m, the area output is thus significantly higher than, for example, with haulm topping. Larger systems with double the working width are a technical challenge, but one that crop.zone has accepted.

crop.zone

volt.cube

Robust and extremely powerful – the volt.cube supplies the electrical energy.

crop.zone

volt.apply

Working widths of up to 12 m allow fast and safe siccation.

crop.zone

volt.fuel

The residue-free liquid lowers the electrical resistance of the plants.
